Student Registration and Lodging at Asilomar – October 13–15, 2025

Student registration for the on-site conference at Asilomar includes access to all conference sessions and associated events from October 13 to 15, 2025. The conference begins with a welcome event on Sunday, October 12, and concludes with a banquet on Wednesday evening, October 15.

Lodging Information
Students are eligible for reduced-rate accommodations at Asilomar.

• Nightly rate: $167.24, includes 3 meals per day, taxes, and fees

• One-time processing fee: $20 per person

• Shared rooms (2–4 students per room, each with a single bed)

• Payment will be collected at check-in at Asilomar, and a detailed receipt will be provided at check-out.

Total cost 4-night stay, and meals: $688.96

To be eligible, you must be an undergraduate, graduate, or postdoctoral student or trainee (including medical students, residents, or fellows) currently enrolled or who graduated in 2025.
